Project Manager

About the Role

RCK Techiees Inc seeks an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee complete project lifecycles, from initial planning through execution to successful closure, with a focus on delivering advanced technology solutions. Ideal candidates are client-focused professionals who excel in leadership and communication, driving projects that meet scope, timeline, and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Define project parameters including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines by collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead all client interactions such as kickoff meetings, status updates, review sessions, and steering committees.
• Coordinate with various teams across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations ensuring smooth project execution.
• Oversee project progress by managing risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and change requests throughout the project phases.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to quality standards, fulfill customer expectations, and are completed timely.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through consistent and effective communication.
• Monitor milestones, prepare detailed status reports, and communicate updates promptly to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improving project delivery processes and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel and work from client locations as needed based on project requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience managing projects successfully.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience implementing ITSM platforms (such as Freshworks), CRM systems, and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software solutions.
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem solving.
• Experience working with international clients and cross-functional global teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced project environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management (like PMP) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience in enterprise software implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
