Key duties

  • Support budget preparation, construction scheduling, and setup of project administrative records.
  • Under guidance from the Project Manager, manage outgoing and incoming correspondence with owners, architects, engineers, sub-trades, and suppliers.
  • Learn how suppliers and sub-trades are selected and how quotations are gathered.
  • Help define and clarify scope with sub-trades and suppliers when needed.
  • Build productive relationships with current and potential clients, consultants, realtors, and developers.
  • Maintain a strong focus on site safety and comply with regulatory requirements and the company’s health and safety policy.
  • Attend site meetings and help close out project deficiencies.
  • Support tender closing activities alongside senior managers.

Qualifications
