Position Overview
The Program Manager will lead the success of some of Fooda's most significant and strategic client partnerships, managing daily operations across multiple client locations. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, fostering account growth, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and consumers. This crucial, hands-on position combines operational oversight, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making, requiring onsite presence in Independence, MO, during standard weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance across assigned client location portfolios.
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for client needs, maintaining proactive communication and ensuring timely execution to achieve high client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews with internal and external parties to align strategies, share insights, and support long-term objectives.
- Analyze key metrics and operational data to spot trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities, providing strategic recommendations based on findings.
- Identify and facilitate upselling and expansion initiatives within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations teams to exceed client expectations.
- Manage hiring, training, and supervision of onsite support staff at portfolio locations to maintain consistent service quality and adherence to Fooda standards.
- Continuously enhance scalable processes that contribute to operational excellence.
- Monitor financial health of accounts, including managing receivables and payables, and promptly resolving related issues.
- Work onsite Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 4 to 6 years of experience in account management, operations, or managing multiple client locations, preferably within service, hospitality, or technology-enabled sectors.
- Proactively builds strong client relationships, anticipating needs and delivering strategic value without prompting.
- Highly skilled in leveraging data from reports, KPIs, and dashboards to guide operational decisions and account strategies.
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, managing multiple locations, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Experienced in hiring, training, and leading staff with a supportive and clear leadership approach that emphasizes accountability.
- Effective communicator, adept at coordinating stakeholders, participating in meetings with executives, and guiding teams through transitions.
- Thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments, using influence and teamwork to accomplish goals.
- Proficient with Excel and internal tools, utilizing data to identify issues and implement improvements.
