Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our Professional Services (PS) team's projects. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of cloud-based cybersecurity and networking solution deployments, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and scheduling goals. Serving as a key liaison among sales, technical teams, and company leadership, you will implement governance and standardized methodology throughout project phases to accelerate value delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional technical teams providing consulting, implementation, and support, handling projects from single engagements to complex multi-stream programs.
• Take ownership of project scope, timelines, budgets, risk management, and communication, adhering to organizational PMO standards and executive reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Ensure projects are completed promptly, within budget, and exceed customer expectations.
• Track financial project health, including burn rates, margin analysis, and forecasting revenue recognition.
• Develop and refine scalable methodologies to enhance professional services efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate smooth transitions from sales to technical execution, acting as the primary point of contact for account teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to safeguard client operations.
• Convert project data into insightful reports and clear status updates for leadership regarding health, resources, and outcomes.
• Utilize AI tools to automate and optimize project workflows, including reporting, meeting summaries, risk detection, and documentation, boosting productivity.
• Create both internal resources and client-facing materials to support project success and document lessons learned for ongoing improvement.

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in project management or customer-facing delivery roles, ideally within rapidly growing SaaS or technology sectors.
• Proficient in using AI-driven tools responsibly for project documentation, reporting, risk assessment, and forecasting.
• Experienced in navigating complex global stakeholder environments and collaborating with third-party partners.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated ownership and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of the Internet, including networking and security technologies such as Zero Trust, SASE, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, and APIs.
• Familiar with tools like Jira, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), and Professional Services Automation software.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Professional working ability in Thai or Mandarin Chinese to support clients in Thailand and Greater China is desirable.
