Role Overview

As a Product Supply Manager, you will engage closely with P&G's world-renowned technologies and standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams in identifying and eliminating losses globally by developing capabilities and applying manufacturing tools.
• Drive standardization initiatives and manage equipment and process validations.
• Develop troubleshooting expertise to resolve process failures.
• Guide daily operations by setting direction, reporting outcomes, flagging issues, and securing resources.
• Implement projects targeting cost reduction and productivity improvements through optimized asset utilization and benchmarking.
• Serve as the central information point for project and product development, coordinating capital projects across departments.
• Apply innovative technology solutions to overcome manufacturing challenges.
• Design processes to establish world-class manufacturing competencies.
• Accelerate product and innovation speed to market.
• Lead large project management teams from inception, ensuring control and optimization of capital expenditures and project spending.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or any related engineering discipline; alternatively, an MBA with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of English along with qualities such as technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication skills, leadership, and teamwork capability.
