Role Overview

The Product team develops the core experiences that power Revolut, simplifying complex challenges into scalable features through close collaboration among Design, Engineering, and Data. We are seeking a Technical Product Owner focused on the architecture and development of our cryptocurrency infrastructure and trading functionalities. This role leads the strategic roadmap to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative crypto products at global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for crypto-related features and new products on a worldwide scale, pushing the boundaries within fintech.
• Specify detailed product requirements focusing on security and scalability.
• Lead integrations with external crypto infrastructure partners like liquidity providers, custodians, and market data entities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Risk & Compliance, and Treasury teams to build compliant, resilient features incorporating real-time financial and regulatory logic.
• Utilize data insights and user research to pinpoint pain points, analyze anomalies, and optimize pricing, latency, and trading user experience.
• Support onboarding of new asset classes, regulatory frameworks, and geographic expansions.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product ownership or technical product management, preferably within fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of backend system architecture and financial systems operations.
• Experience delivering high-performance systems in environments subject to regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency or traditional trading mechanics is essential.
• Excellent skills in collaborating across teams to align on goals effectively.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with structured data and system design discussions.

Additional Advantages

• Experience working with digital asset products in fintech or crypto spaces.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to crypto assets.
• Practical exposure to prototyping tools or frameworks for user testing.
• Interest in behavioural design or gamified product features.
