Role overview
This position is based in Singapore and focuses on building strong product and channel relationships, supporting sales growth, and helping expand market adoption through distributor-led initiatives. The role combines strategic planning, partner engagement, enablement, and event coordination to support revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with the product principal while staying on target to meet assigned quota and revenue objectives.
- Create go-to-market plans for distributor channels and look for opportunities to increase product reach and sales.
- Partner with Channel Account Managers to support product training and strengthen sales enablement across channel partners.
- Lead internal and external channel enablement efforts by organizing product updates, promotional activities, events, and training sessions to build awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with the product principal to design and deliver quarterly or half-yearly events for end customers or partners that support lead generation.
- Work alongside the internal marketing team to shape marketing plans and incentive programs for broader market outreach.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred; candidates without this qualification may still be considered if they have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience involving cybersecurity products.
- Working knowledge of security products.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and excellent relationship management capabilities.
- Previous experience in a distributor-based environment is an advantage.
