Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Product Manager to lead the entire product lifecycle for the Geotab Video Platform (GVP) team. This role involves directing product strategy from initial discovery through to launch and ongoing performance measurement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating leadership and communication skills to collaborate across design, engineering, sales, support, and service teams as well as executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery interviews to uncover product gaps, pain points, and opportunities that enhance user experience and expand market share.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with internal stakeholder strategy and long-term vision.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to execute product development and launch plans.
• Prioritize features and initiatives by balancing immediate commercial objectives with long-term strategic investments and technical debt management.
• Define and monitor both qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure product success and guide iterative improvements.
• Work with sales and retention teams to integrate customer feedback loops such as win-loss analysis and satisfaction surveys into planning.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed user stories and feature epics, communicating the underlying business rationale clearly to all stakeholders.
• Champion best practices to continuously enhance the Product Management discipline within the company.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in product management, customer discovery, or related roles, ideally within SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of owning and launching software products that impacted measurable business outcomes.
• Strong product decision-making skills supported by data fluency; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver repeated, timely product releases.
• Experience in telematics, video technology, IoT, safety, B2B SaaS, or early-stage/scale-up settings is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
• A proactive self-starter comfortable managing high work intensity, willing to work onsite in Dubai or relocate accordingly.
