About the Role

Join Privatize as a Product Manager to direct the strategy, development, and rollout of innovative features and automation processes for a cutting-edge B2B2C Private Markets platform in fintech. You will be instrumental in defining the product roadmap, driving platform enhancements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enrich user experience and promote sustained growth.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze insights from the platform and user feedback to unearth prospects for new features and improvements.
• Lead feature specification and development in partnership with design, engineering, and business units, ensuring ideas materialize into valuable products.
• Identify, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators to continually refine product strategies and deliver superior user experiences.
• Leverage AI technologies to automate data pipelines as well as process workflows supporting platform operations.
• Maintain strong user engagement to anticipate needs and convert them into intuitive and effective user interface and experience designs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience managing digital products or platforms in Product Management roles.
• Proficient with design and prototype software such as Figma for crafting user-centric interfaces.
• Strong analytical acumen with a focus on data-driven decision making and problem solving.
• Experience applying AI tools towards enhancing product development and automating workflows.
• A deep commitment to optimizing user experience with a passion for designing clean, compelling platform interfaces.
