Product Designer (Mid Level)

About the Role

This position offers a salary range of €55,000 to €70,000 per year, including stock options and additional benefits. The role provides an opportunity to influence how athletes and coaches engage with performance data daily. The work environment is hybrid, with an expectation to be onsite in the Dublin office roughly two days each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Product and another designer to oversee product design on mobile and web platforms.
• Create user-friendly dashboards, analytics interfaces, and insight displays.
• Break down complex data to minimize user cognitive load and enhance clarity.
• Engage with coaches, athletes, and sports scientists to gather continual feedback.
• Support and contribute to the design system to promote consistency across the application.
• Utilize tools including Figma and AI-assisted prototyping software to enable rapid iteration and workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of professional product design experience.
• Demonstrable expertise in UX and UI design showcased via a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing for both mobile and web applications.
• Comfort and proficiency in addressing data-intensive, analytics-focused products.
• Advanced skills in Figma toolset.
• A genuine passion for functional product design beyond mere visual appeal.
• Ability to streamline complexity and enhance user understanding.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping technologies.
• Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems.
• Interest or background in sports, health, fitness, or performance data domains.
