Job Overview

Join Takamol Holding in Riyadh as a Product Consultant responsible for steering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap within an agile squad-oriented setup. You will serve as the liaison between customer needs, business objectives, and technical teams, ensuring delivery of impactful products that address real user challenges and incorporate continuous improvements based on data-driven feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and clearly communicate the product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with corporate goals.
• Transform business targets and customer insights into tangible, prioritized initiatives emphasizing value and effort balance.
• Lead collaboration among cross-functional squads comprising Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, QA, and Data teams to facilitate seamless product delivery.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, crafting detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and release schedules.
• Actively engage in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive timely product releases.
• Manage and prioritize customer issues in partnership with Customer Support and Engineering, ensuring transparency and efficient resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring product or technical problems and implement sustainable solutions.
• Leverage support data, NPS feedback, and usage metrics to guide product enhancements and advocate for superior user experiences within squads.
• Monitor KPIs including product adoption and customer satisfaction to identify improvement opportunities and support data-led decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product Analysts and Data teams to extract actionable insights using experimentation and A/B testing outcomes.
• Serve as the primary communication link for stakeholders, delivering clear updates on product status, timelines, and results.
• Provide mentorship to junior Product Owners and contribute to refining product management processes organization-wide.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 4 years in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Analyst within agile environments.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering product roadmaps from inception through launch.
• Strong expertise in backlog management and creating prioritized user stories.
• Experience with squad-based agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Effective in managing customer issues and leading in-depth root cause investigations.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts into practical insights.
• Preferred experience includes SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or digital product sectors.
• Familiarity with analytic tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker and ticketing/CRM systems including Jira, Zendesk, and Salesforce.
