Poorna Smrithi Public School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pre-Primary Teacher (Mother Teacher) to educate students in LKG, UKG, or Grade 1 at their Bengaluru campus located in L.R. Bande near R.T. Nagar.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction across all subjects for LKG, UKG, or Grade 1 students with an emphasis on activity-based and child-centric learning.
• Foster a secure, caring, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to young learners.
• Enhance students' communication, literacy, and foundational numeracy abilities.
• Maintain classroom discipline using patience and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain consistent communication with parents concerning each student's progress.
• Organize and prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and educational activities.
• Engage actively in school events and fulfill other academic duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with effective communication skills; qualifications such as NTT, D.Ed., or B.Ed. are preferred.
• Experience in teaching pre-primary or primary classes is advantageous, though fresh graduates with the right passion and mindset will also be considered.
• Strong proficiency in English communication.
• Demonstrate patience, energy, care, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
