Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a PMO / Project Administrator to oversee small change requests and budget management for the Innovation Group's designated resources in Singapore. This role acts as the primary contact point for business requirements and stakeholder coordination across several technical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage small Change Requests (CRs) and budget allocation for the Innovation Group's dedicated resources.
- Function as the single point of contact for all business-related needs and coordinate with multiple stakeholders including technical delivery teams for change management.
- Engage with business users to formalize and document requirements, uploading them into the eRequest System.
- Collaborate with system analysts to estimate effort for requested changes.
- Assess and review cost quotations from impact analysis with business users to finalize prioritization decisions.
- Prepare presentations for governance forums seeking approval.
- Compile progress updates and value realization reports for the Project Steering Committee (PSC).
Additionally, support departmental administrative functions such as onboarding/offboarding personnel, coordinating key meetings for the department head with various stakeholders, preparing meeting materials and project dashboards, and organizing training sessions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Data Science.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a financial institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Preferred prior experience in system analysis and PMO functions.
- Quick learner and enjoys collaborative work environments.
- Strong tracking and documentation skills.
- Advanced expertise with MS Excel, including macros, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and JIRA.
- Competent in data analysis.
