Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Performance Tester with expertise in automation testing, you will be an integral member of the Infosys consulting team. Your role involves actively collaborating throughout various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment. You will conduct detailed research including literature reviews, public domain information, and vendor evaluations to explore alternative solutions and develop proofs of concept (POCs).

You will translate business needs into clear requirement specifications, define future-state processes, and create detailed functional designs. Configuring solution requirements on relevant products will be part of your responsibilities; you will analyze issues, diagnose root causes, clarify requirements, and identify the best possible solution alternatives. Additionally, you will contribute to organizational and unit-level initiatives aiming to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions for clients navigating their digital transformations.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in performance testing with a strong background in LoadRunner and JMeter tools. Educational qualifications requested are BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MSc/MS in any specialization.
