Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently.
• Manage full and final settlements for employees.
• Approve and enter vehicle details into the system for employees' cars.
• Authorize vehicle reimbursement claims adhering to limits defined in employees' CTC structures.
• Approve telephone reimbursement claims as per stipulated limits.
• Handle Leave Travel Allowance (LTA) claims and calculate taxability based on income tax regulations.
• Respond to employee queries regarding reimbursement claims.
• Verify tax investment proofs submitted by employees for TDS calculation purposes.
• Perform routine activities such as sending reminders and following up with employees as required.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction.
• Experience working with internal and external auditors.
• Excellent execution capabilities to deliver on tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and other ERP software systems.
