Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Applicants should hold trade qualifications or possess significant painting experience for both residential and commercial projects within the Hawke's Bay region.
• Demonstrated history of high-quality output, meeting deadlines, and maintaining customer satisfaction is essential.
• Requirements include a current full driver's licence and physical readiness to perform daily manual tasks.
• Efficiently interpreting project plans and adhering to agreed timelines is required.
• A diligent work ethic and eagerness to acquire and enhance skills are valued.
• Certifications for Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience with paint spraying equipment is preferred; abseiling skills or the ability to perform abseiling tasks are highly advantageous.
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and compliance with health and safety standards is critical.
