Role Summary
The Owner is a full-time, on-site leadership role in Doha, Qatar. This position is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the agency, guiding business growth, and overseeing delivery across all service areas. The role includes managing client relationships, ensuring project outcomes meet quality, timeline, and budget targets, and directing both creative and technical teams.
In addition, the Owner will review proposals and contracts, track financial performance, decide on resource allocation and partnerships, and shape the company vision and business goals. The role also supports marketing and sales efforts to grow the agency’s reach in regional and international markets while encouraging a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the agency’s overall direction and define clear business goals and priorities.
- Oversee business development efforts and strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Guide creative and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of projects across all service lines.
- Review proposals, agreements, and contracts to protect quality, scope, and commercial interests.
- Monitor financial results and make sound decisions on budgeting, resources, and partnerships.
- Drive marketing and sales initiatives to expand the company’s presence locally and internationally.
- Promote a collaborative work culture and support employee growth and team performance.
- Maintain open, transparent communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in leadership and management, including team direction, decision-making, and performance supervision.
- Background in business development and client management, with negotiation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to plan strategically and manage operations, including budgeting, resource planning, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of digital services and creative agency operations such as web and mobile development, SEO, social media, branding, and content production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret business data and make informed choices.
- Experience leading a digital, creative, or technology-oriented business or department is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Doha and wider regional market is preferred.
