Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination for overnight stocking activities following guidance from the Overnight Assistant Manager and the daytime management team.
• Evaluate merchandise presentation and the overall store appearance; identify areas needing improvement and implement necessary merchandising and display adjustments to meet store standards.
• Ensure defective or damaged products are correctly identified and moved to the claims room following company protocols.
• Take charge of store safety and security during the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager, managing any overnight incidents in line with company policies.
• Conduct inspections of assigned store areas to verify safety and security compliance.
• Contribute to the training and development of overnight associates to enhance productivity and help achieve stocking and operational goals.
• Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support continuous store operation and customer service excellence.

Challenges in the Role

• Efficiently handle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced overnight setting while maintaining focus and energy.
• Perform physical work that includes standing for long periods, bending, and lifting inventory or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Carry out repetitive duties such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products carefully and consistently to uphold the store's standards.

Compensation

The minimum hourly wage for this position begins at $20.85.
