Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves delivering excellent customer service by performing tasks connected to receiving and managing merchandise flow from unloading trailers to processing and stocking items safely and efficiently within the store. The Associate will work as part of a team to plan and prioritize daily operational tasks based on workload demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for the store's opening each day.
• Set up merchandising displays and put up signage for featured products.
• Perform live unloading of various types of merchandise during overnight hours.
• Focus on labeling merchandise and organizing items within backroom storage bins.
• Move pallets between the backroom and sales floor for overnight processing.
• Support stocking activities on the sales floor and assist customers when needed.
• Label sales floor displays in preparation for store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.40 CAD.

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
