About the Role
This opportunity is presented on behalf of a partner company seeking an Outside Sales Representative based in the United Arab Emirates. The position involves building and nurturing relationships with business clients to address complex technology challenges through customized solutions. It integrates business development, consultative selling, and technology-focused discussions in a global B2B setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound prospecting including high-volume calling, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling.
- Meet sales KPIs such as approximately 100 calls daily and setting a minimum of three qualified appointments per week.
- Participate in inside sales training and collaborate with senior sales professionals to master company offerings and selling methods.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to identify their technology needs and propose fitting solutions.
- Handle sales conversations by presenting value propositions, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by active listening and consultative selling techniques.
- Maintain a proactive, target-driven approach that supports team achievements and business expansion.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology, services, or solution sales.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Confidence in engaging prospects and influencing purchase decisions.
- Energetic, personable, and driven to assist and communicate with clients.
- Self-motivated with a focus on accomplishing ambitious sales goals.
- Ability to adapt swiftly, make decisions promptly, and perform well in dynamic settings.
- Strong listening skills combined with curiosity and humility to fully understand client requirements.
- A bachelor's or associate degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Capability to successfully complete behavioral and cognitive online assessments.
- Availability for full-time work of 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
- Capability to work remotely with a proper home office setup including a computer (minimum Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or macOS Big Sur or later), stable internet bandwidth of at least 5 Mbps for upload/download, quality noise-cancelling headset, and a mobile phone that supports authentication apps.
