Role Overview

Within the Finance team, which collaborates closely with operational units to maintain financial integrity and precision, the Outlet Cashier supports Food & Beverage outlets by ensuring strict financial controls and smooth guest interactions. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance, this role demands close cooperation with the Food & Beverage and Front Office teams to manage billing, payment processing, and adherence to financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately manage guest billing and payments across Food & Beverage outlets using the POS system.
• Secure cash floats, payment devices, and other financial assets following hotel policies.
• Authenticate and process credit card payments, room charges, discounts, promotions, and voucher redemptions with necessary approvals.
• Reconcile all cash, card, and room charge transactions and prepare reports at shift end.
• Assist in internal controls and fund audits to ensure compliance with financial protocols.
• Collaborate with Finance, Front Office, and Food & Beverage departments to maintain operational continuity and precise reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in cashier duties, billing, or managing financial operations in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrates high precision, strong attention to detail, and accountability.
• Familiar with POS systems, payment terminals, and financial reporting applications.
• Possesses strong numeracy and transaction reconciliation capabilities.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional conduct with sensitive financial data.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
