Role Summary

The Operator position is a full-time, on-site role situated in Dubai. The incumbent will manage assigned machinery or equipment safely while effectively meeting daily production or service objectives. Duties include initiating, supervising, and shutting down machinery, performing routine inspections, and notifying supervisors of any malfunctions or safety issues. The role mandates strict compliance with safety protocols, periodic cleaning, minor equipment maintenance, and meticulous documentation of operations. Operators will coordinate with peers, follow directives from team leads, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Key Qualifications

• Proven skill in operating machinery or equipment with care and accuracy, following standard operating procedures.
• Basic mechanical understanding and experience performing daily equipment checks, minor diagnostics, and preventative upkeep.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety including proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to health regulations.
• Capability to interpret instructions, work plans, and simple technical manuals relevant to equipment operation.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities to report issues clearly and work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work full-time onsite shifts in Dubai, including possible overtime.
• Previous experience in equipment operation within industrial, construction, facilities, or similar sectors is advantageous.
• Completion of high school or equivalent education; vocational or technical training in equipment operation is beneficial.
