Overview
Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to join the Professional Services team of a top Identity and Access Management software firm. This role is tailored for a strategic operator skilled at navigating intricate, cross-departmental settings and excels at instituting structure, governance, and operational discipline at scale.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will spearhead delivery excellence within Professional Services, managing governance frameworks, PMO best practices, workforce utilization tracking, partner supervision, and initiatives aimed at operational transformation. This role requires collaboration with senior leaders across delivery, operations, finance, and executive teams to drive improved organizational performance. The position involves influencing leadership without having direct personnel management duties.
Required Skills & Experience
- Over eight years of experience in one or more domains such as Professional Services Operations, Delivery Operations, PMO, Consulting Operations, Revenue Operations, or Services Delivery Operations.
- Proven experience designing and deploying governance frameworks, operational models, and business review cycles.
- Demonstrated impact in influencing senior leadership and executing change across multifunctional teams.
- Strong background enhancing operational discipline, accountability, and compliance with procedures.
- Successful track record leading process redesign and organizational transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert data insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with enterprise operational platforms including Salesforce, Kantata, ERP systems, PSA software, or related tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of managing stakeholders and handling escalations effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SaaS, software, cybersecurity, consulting, or professional services sectors.
- Management of blended delivery models involving internal teams, subcontractors, and consulting partners.
- Knowledge of AI-driven productivity solutions, automation efforts, copilots, agents, or workflow optimization technologies.
- Understanding professional services financial indicators such as utilization rates, project status, and workforce planning.
Compensation
The role offers a pay range of $45 to $55 per hour.
