Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and performance.
• Drive maximization of revenue generation through efficient operations.
• Lead the selection, training, development, and performance management of direct reports and their teams.
• Foster strong relationships with client partners to promote business growth and collaboration.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring high performance standards.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to assess and improve performance.
• Oversee key operational areas including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), fraud detection, and transaction monitoring.
