Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and oversee project controls delivery across allocated commissions.
• Offer expert advice and direction on cost management, scheduling, risk assessment, and change management processes.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and drive performance reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with Mace's control center standards, mentor teams, and promote sustainable practices.
• Collaborate towards achieving net zero carbon transitions, taking active responsibility in identifying and managing carbon emissions and reductions throughout project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a relevant degree and be progressing towards professional chartership status.
• Demonstrated experience in PMO functions and project controls implementation.
• Strong familiarity with industry-standard tools, methodologies, and sector-specific best practices.
• Excellent communication skills combined with strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Prior experience working within the United Arab Emirates, which is mandatory for client approval.
