Position Summary

We are seeking an Operation Executive with at least two years of experience, preferably in corporate transport, car rental, logistics, or service sectors. The role involves managing coordination among drivers, vendors, and corporate clients, as well as overseeing daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with drivers, vendors, and corporate clientele to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage daily mail bookings, scheduling, and dispatching procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and promptly resolve operational challenges.
• Track vehicle movements and uphold service quality standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports, management information systems (MIS), and maintain documentation.
• Ensure timely and efficient execution of transport services.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer applications.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and work in rotational shifts.
• Strong skills in problem-solving and multitasking.

Additional Information

Salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month based on experience. The role is full-time and requires on-site attendance. Shifts may be rotational.
