About the Role
At JOEY Kelowna, we seek an Office Manager who embodies humility, drive, confidence, and curiosity. Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our office team, you will oversee essential operational tasks including payroll administration, managing daily sales and cash flows, expense tracking and filing, procurement, personnel file oversight, and onboarding new staff. Your role acts as the connective force that supports our restaurant's smooth operation.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a comparable administrative position.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced work settings.
- Prior exposure to the hospitality industry is a notable advantage.
- Availability for full-time work, Monday through Friday.
- Flexibility to work across the entire week including weekends.
