Role Overview

We are launching our New York operations and require a dedicated individual to fully own the client experience on our platform and oversee service delivery. As the inaugural hire for this function in NYC, you will manage the entire client relationship from data onboarding to ongoing service, maintaining accuracy, consistency, responsiveness, and building client trust over time.

Key Duties

  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including engagement narratives and timelines.
  • Set and communicate clear expectations regarding data, reporting, LLM Chat, and service scope.
  • Lead formal and informal Quarterly Business Reviews and client check-ins.
  • Triage client issues by assessing severity and choosing proper escalation routes.
  • Communicate calmly and clearly during incident management.
  • Simplify complex technical and data concepts for client understanding.
  • Coordinate internally to resolve client problems efficiently.
  • Identify risks to renewals, opportunities for expansion, and recurring issues from commercial intelligence.
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with client stakeholders such as CFOs, CIOs, and Operations Heads.
  • Provide structured feedback and insights to product, data, and leadership teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience working within financial data or reporting firms, asset managers, wealth platform service providers, or sizable multi-family offices.
  • Hands-on experience with client onboarding processes, investigating data report issues, and escalating feedback appropriately.
