Established in 2013, Green Grass Nursery is one of Dubai's leading British boutique nurseries and the first fully bilingual Arabic-English nursery in the city. Catering to children aged 1 to 5 years across two centers, the nursery follows the English Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework alongside the Reggio Emilia educational approach, promoting a nurturing child-centred environment. All educators are KHDA-approved and possess Level 3 qualifications or university degrees in early childhood education.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the nursery's day-to-day management and strategic direction. This on-site, full-time leadership position significantly influences the educational experience of children, engagement with families, and the work environment for staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously enhance the nursery curriculum in line with EYFS and Reggio Emilia methods.
• Manage staff scheduling, provide mentorship, and support ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and KHDA regulations.
• Maintain excellent communication with families, handle admissions, and facilitate parent engagement.
• Coordinate facility operations and ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of proven nursery management experience within Dubai.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework; experience with Reggio Emilia is advantageous.
• Up-to-date training in child safeguarding and protection.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with UAE nursery regulations and KHDA standards.

Recruitment Process
