Job Description

As a Night Audit team member, you will be key to ensuring excellent guest experiences from check-in through checkout, especially during late hours and early mornings. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests professionally, handling daily financial closings, managing cash transactions, processing reservations, preparing and serving beverages, assisting with breakfast preparations, and maintaining cleanliness in communal areas such as the lobby.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates may come from hospitality backgrounds or be transitioning careers but must exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for hotel service. Essential qualities include a keen eye for service quality, confident communication abilities, fluency in English (spoken and written), and a collaborative spirit willing to support various hotel departments to achieve common goals.
