Network Diploma Engineer Trainee

Job Overview

We are seeking a Network Diploma Engineer Trainee to support our network expansion and customer onboarding initiatives. This role involves conducting network tests, supporting performance evaluations, overseeing surveys and audits, and managing network-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and rollout of network infrastructure.
• Support the onboarding process for new customers onto the network.
• Carry out network testing and monitor performance metrics.
• Perform field surveys and audits to ensure network quality and compliance.
• Supervise and manage newly installed network components.
• Address and resolve trouble tickets and customer complaints promptly.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be recent diploma graduates with specialization in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electrical Engineering (EE).
• Applicants should be between 18 and 25 years of age.
• Eligible graduation years include 2025 and 2026 batch pass-outs, with no pending backlogs.
• Candidates must be freshers with no prior experience or engagement in any apprentice programs and no history of provident fund deductions.
• Available work locations include Ambala, Karnal, Barwala, Sonipat, Ellenabad, and Hissar Kalanwali.

Compensation

The monthly stipend for this role is fixed at 12,000 INR.
