Job Overview
The role of Multi Trade Operative involves carrying out various maintenance and repair tasks independently. Depending on the day, you may also collaborate with the wider team to tackle several smaller jobs or larger, more complex projects.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Perform plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and kitchen fitting duties.
- Operate independently on assigned jobs; occasionally work alongside the team on larger tasks.
Working Conditions
- Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an additional hour required before and after work for travel.
- Work locations include various sites across Essex and Central London.
- Company van and fuel card provided, restricted for company use only.
- Overtime opportunities available subject to approval.
Additional Requirements
- Must hold a full, clean UK driving license to operate the company vehicle.
- A DBS check is mandatory for this role.
