We are seeking a driven, organized, and commercially savvy Booker to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will excel in developing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

This position is perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic, people-oriented environment and are eager to contribute to our agency's continued expansion. Prior experience in booking, casting, or production is advantageous, alongside the ability to remain composed under pressure and a solid grasp of social media platforms.

We prefer someone based in Bristol to work full-time from our Bristol studio, although flexibility may be considered for individuals with substantial relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Initiate and engage potential new client connections.
• Manage the agency’s diverse talent roster effectively.
• Scout and develop emerging new talent.
• Oversee the entire booking process from initial inquiry to completion smoothly.
• Handle all booking-related administration efficiently, ensuring clarity and simplicity for clients.
