Role Overview

As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional bar services that align with our brand standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing bar operations smoothly, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently provide outstanding guest service by fulfilling the brand promise.
• Represent the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts positively through professional and responsible behavior.
• Address and resolve guest or associate concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with both guests and team members.
• Create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service and anticipating guest needs.
• Adhere to high standards of personal grooming and wear the complete, clean uniform.
• Prepare the bar before service by performing all required opening procedures, checking equipment cleanliness and functionality, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper refrigeration temperatures.
• Manage your section efficiently during service, following instructions from supervisors and providing knowledgeable responses to menu and drink inquiries.
• Keep your work environment clean and organized, promptly handling any incidents such as spillages or breakages.
• After service, restock the bar, dispose of waste, complete closing tasks thoroughly, and report any outstanding issues to management.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of beverage products including spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks as well as bar equipment and operational procedures.
• Understand local events, guest profiles, and hotel occupancy to enhance guest interactions.
