About the Opportunity

American Restoration is seeking individuals with strong character and dedication for the crucial role of Mitigation Technician in our Boise, ID branch. Our work centers around the cleanup and restoration of areas affected by water, fire, mold, and other unexpected disasters. This is a physically demanding position that requires both integrity and resilience as you help people get back on their feet during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to property damage situations, including water, fire, flood, and mold remediation projects.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining professional and respectful interactions with clients at all times.
• Perform heavy lifting and intensive manual labor throughout the duration of shifts, often extending into evenings or nights during emergency situations.
• Rotate through on-call shifts as disasters arise unpredictably.
• Uphold a clean, professional appearance and work in a tobacco-free environment.
• Operate company vehicles when required, subject to maintaining a spotless driving record.
• Consistently follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure safe, effective job completion.

Additional Information

• Starting pay is $18.00 per hour for those without prior experience; applicants with relevant experience may receive a higher starting wage.
• Work environment requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to unscheduled, urgent situations.
