Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Set up Point of Sale (POS) materials at designated locations.
• Report competitive activities and movements to the merchandising unit head.
• Ensure shelves are free from damaged or dirty product packaging, returning defective items to the company appropriately.
• Maintain full assortment of all company products in varying sizes and packaging on shelves.
• Implement sales floor plans and organize shelves in accordance with shelf rental agreements.
• Verify accuracy of shelf pricing across all products.
• Properly complete customer documentation cards during visits.
• Conduct price adjustments such as price fishing when required.
• Perform monthly inventory checks of POS stock.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with Merchandiser Unit Head, Product Supervisors (PS), Senior Sales Personnel (SPS), and Sales teams to accomplish merchandising goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least a high school diploma.
• Previous experience ranging from one to two years in related merchandising or similar fields.
