About the Job

Vedant Art, a manufacturing company specializing in CNC machines, is seeking a Mechanical CAD Designer based in Vasai-Virar, Maharashtra. The role involves creating detailed 3D models and technical drawings to support CNC machining and manufacturing projects. Candidates with mechanical design skills, including freshers holding a Diploma or at least 12th pass, are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Produce 2D drawings and 3D models tailored for CNC machining and production work
• Prepare precise mechanical drawings and files ready for manufacturing
• Develop CAD-based designs aligning with client specifications and production needs
• Interpret engineering blueprints and technical documentation accurately
• Collaborate with CNC and production teams ensuring design precision
• Revise and enhance existing designs to boost manufacturability and efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive records of design files, versions, and project documents
• Ensure all designs meet quality assurance and manufacturing standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Max
• Strong mechanical drafting and designing capabilities
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and CAD software
• Familiarity with CNC machine configuration and metal cutting processes
• Basic competency in CorelDRAW
• Basic English communication skills

Additional Information

• Age Range: 18 to 60 years
• Open to all genders
• Working Hours: Day shift, full time
• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience
