About the Role

Raborn Media is inviting applications for a Marketing & Web Project Coordinator to join our team on a 3-month contract basis, with the possibility of transitioning to permanent full-time employment afterward. This position offers a hybrid role, dividing time equally between web and application project coordination and marketing coordination. You will actively manage daily workflows for web and application development projects, ensuring schedules and cross-functional teams remain aligned, while coordinating marketing efforts for designated clients. Key Responsibilities

Direct the workflow of web and application development projects from initiation to launch, maintaining task assignments and tracking progress using project management tools.
Oversee project scope, budget, and deadlines, identifying risks early to avoid delays.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams including developers and designers.
Lead status update meetings, maintain comprehensive documentation, and ensure project stakeholders are consistently informed.
Coordinate quality assurance and testing phases prior to project delivery.
Support the planning and execution of client marketing initiatives by monitoring schedules and collaborating with creative and copywriting teams.
Develop and present creative briefs, ensuring marketing objectives are met through regular client communication.
Execute additional tasks as assigned to support overall project and marketing goals.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Possess strong verbal and written communication capabilities coupled with extraordinary attention to detail.
Demonstrate proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Have aptitude for working alongside technical teams and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exhibit critical thinking skills with the ability to independently make sound decisions.
Be a team player eager to continuously enhance their skill set and contribute to team success.
Showcase excellent organizational skills and a creative approach to solving complex challenges.

Experience and Tools

A minimum of 1 to 3 years in project coordination, marketing coordination, account management, or a comparable hybrid role is essential.
Familiarity with project management systems such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
Experience using communication tools like Slack, Gmail, and Zoom on a daily basis.
Knowledge of GitHub or other version control platforms is a desirable but not required bonus.

Fellowship Program Details

3-month contract referred to as the Fellowship with potential conversion to full-time employment based on performance.
Compensation during Fellowship is approximately $25 per hour for about 8 business hours daily, adjusted based on experience.
Successful candidates promoted to full-time roles can expect starting salaries ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, with opportunities to increase based on skill development and contributions.
