Job Overview
Based in Gurugram, India, this onsite role focuses on leading strategic marketing efforts for a global software solutions provider. The Marketing Manager will be accountable for developing measurable, high-impact marketing strategies, including multi-channel integrated and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, aligning closely with business revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creation and roll-out of comprehensive marketing plans and ABM programs across varied channels, targeting business priorities.
- Collaborate intensively with sales leadership and business development to generate and accelerate qualified sales pipelines.
- Manage full-cycle campaign execution encompassing timelines, budget control, performance monitoring, and ROI analysis.
- Direct digital marketing initiatives such as email marketing, webinars, lead nurturing, content syndication, events, and marketing automation.
- Oversee the development and governance of marketing collateral, ensuring consistent messaging, clear value propositions, and adherence to brand standards.
- Coordinate with regional and global marketing teams, including stakeholders in Europe, to align marketing efforts internationally.
- Plan and organize large-scale virtual and live customer events, conferences, and executive briefings to enhance customer retention and drive sales growth.
- Analyze marketing campaign results and market data to refine strategies and improve conversion metrics.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, customer insights, and competitor positioning within the software solutions sector.
Educational and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 14 years of experience in B2B marketing, mainly within software solutions, enterprise technology, or related high-tech fields.
- Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns and ABM activities collaboratively with sales teams.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HTML and other digital marketing tools advantageous.
- Exemplary analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to base decisions on data.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven international environment.
