Marketing Coordinator

Overview

On Deck Sports is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing division in Randolph, MA. This position will significantly contribute to revenue generation through lead qualification, order management, and coordination of marketing and sales communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize inbound leads from digital marketing efforts, directing them to the appropriate sales representatives based on established criteria.
• Handle the processing of online orders received via the company website, ensuring accuracy, collaborating with fulfillment, and assisting with customer communications through the sales support team.
• Create, oversee, and refine automated email campaigns for the sales team, including nurture sequences, follow-ups, re-engagements, and targeted promotions for potential and current clients.
• Collaborate with sales and seasonal contact lists to optimize outbound calling campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on leads and orders within the CRM system, identifying and reporting discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
• Perform additional marketing-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, small business environment.
• Competent in research and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
