Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of complex driver-based financial models used for consolidated forecasting, annual operating budgets, and long-term planning, including scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform executive and Board-level decisions.
• Leverage deep knowledge of service industry economics such as utilization rates, billable capacity, project margin analysis, timing of revenue recognition, and the relationship between headcount and revenue.
• Manage complete FP&A processes covering data collection, analysis, and reporting, focusing on standardization, automation, and establishing repeatable cycle closures instead of ad hoc approaches.
• Effectively communicate complex financial insights and narratives to senior leadership and executives to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with Accounting during the monthly close process, performing variance analysis, revenue reconciliation, and preparing management reports.
• Develop materials for the Board, investors, and executives that comply with the disclosure standards required for public companies.
• Partner with operational and delivery teams to translate their metrics into financial outcomes.
• Support corporate development activities, including financial valuation, due diligence, and deal modeling.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to advancing the development of the FP&A function.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; advanced credentials like MBA, CPA, or CFA add value.
• At least six years progressive FP&A experience for Manager, eight years for Senior Manager, ideally in public companies or fast-growing tech or professional services sectors.
• Experience in private equity, portfolio companies, startups, or high-growth environments is highly regarded.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; familiarity with modern planning software (e.g., Adaptive, Pigment, Anaplan) and business intelligence tools preferred.
• Hands-on experience with pricing strategies, margin analytics, and deal economics.
• Solid grasp of GAAP principles, revenue recognition, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Detail-oriented operational mindset with ability to own and build processes while maintaining strategic vision.
• Strong communication abilities, effectively conveying financial concepts to both financial and executive non-financial stakeholders.
• Prior involvement in M&A or corporate development functions viewed positively.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range is USD 150000 to 175000 annually, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
