About the Role
Wunderbar Kids Pvt Ltd is seeking a Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis to enhance the capabilities of our Finance Team based in Chembur, Mumbai. This hybrid role requires presence at the office 3 to 4 days a week with a 6-day workweek schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting functions including reviewing accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow management, credit control, and maintaining the General Ledger.
- Establish and maintain an organized and accurate filing system for all financial statements.
- Develop contemporary, innovative financial models and information systems that are simple yet robust.
- Maintain a well-structured Financial Information Bank to support analysis, data mining, and strategic decision-making.
- Present monthly financial results encompassing collections, revenue, cash flow, profitability, and other key metrics.
- Ensure that MIS data is actionable and provides recommendations based on thorough analysis.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as requested by management.
- Provide financial plans and targets to department, account, and program managers.
- Monitor and report management on the progress of all strategic growth initiatives.
- Ensure structured communication of financial information across the organization.
- Collaborate with departments to prepare and present annual budgets as well as monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Track actual financial results against budgets and forecasts and conduct variance analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills capable of engaging effectively at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Possess a CFA, CA, or MBA from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) within finance.
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in any specialization.
Work Location and Schedule
The position is based in Chembur, Mumbai operating on a hybrid model requiring 3 to 4 days in-office per week, with a total of 6 working days per week.
