Manager - Distribution Development Management

About the Role

We are looking to hire a Manager at our Mumbai location who will join the Strategy Team to drive important strategic initiatives and help expand our business. The role involves working closely with various teams to generate actionable insights and ensure the successful rollout of projects aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to framing and implementing strategic plans that support organizational objectives.
• Undertake detailed market research, analyze competitors, and forecast trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Evaluate business performance through key metrics and develop dashboards and reports for leadership review.
• Assist with strategic endeavors including process improvements, digital transformation projects, and launching new products.
• Collaborate extensively with sales, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution of initiatives.
• Create compelling presentations and detailed business cases to aid senior management decision-making.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, with preference for MBA holders.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in strategy, sales roles & responsibilities, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment managing multiple concurrent priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services sectors such as insurance or banking is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel including dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with data visualization software like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
