About the Role
Penspen seeks an experienced Contracts Manager for a gas processing project based in Abu Dhabi. This position requires extensive expertise in contract management within the oil and gas sector, particularly EPC projects.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Possess an engineering degree in any discipline.
- Have a minimum of 20 years professional experience, including over 10 years focused on oil and gas EPC projects.
- Demonstrated history as a Contracts Manager on major oil and gas projects, ideally within the GCC region.
- Strong familiarity with regional legal frameworks and contractual procedures.
- Previous involvement in ADNOC projects is highly advantageous.
- Proven skills in contract drafting, negotiation, claim handling, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
