About the Role
This opportunity is with one of our clients seeking experienced Management Consulting Experts to assist in assessing and enhancing next-generation AI systems. The core focus is evaluating AI models' ability to perform real-world consulting tasks by establishing quality benchmarks, designing structured evaluation frameworks, and reviewing both AI-generated and human consulting deliverables with expert insight. No prior AI experience is necessary; your extensive consulting knowledge is paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft precise, task-oriented evaluation standards for consulting outputs such as market research, business strategies, financial models, leadership presentations, and implementation plans.
- Systematically assess and rate consulting work created by AI systems and humans using well-defined frameworks and objective criteria.
- Provide detailed, evidence-backed written explanations for all evaluations to guarantee consistency, clarity, and repeatability.
- Evaluate strategic thought processes, analytical depth, financial logic, executive communication, and the viability of business recommendations.
- Collaborate with review teams to refine evaluation procedures, boost scoring reliability, and improve datasets for AI training.
- Integrate feedback from senior reviewers to continuously enhance evaluation standards and alignment.
- Leverage subject matter expertise to guide AI systems toward producing superior consulting deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of professional experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
- Background at top-tier strategy or management consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), or equivalent.
- Proficiency in structured problem-solving techniques, market sizing and analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.
- Experience in corporate strategy formulation and strategic recommendation development.
- Skilled in executive-level presentations and slide-based communication.
- Exceptional capability in written communication to clearly express complex business logic.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to apply objective, evidence-supported judgment.
- Comfortable functioning in structured review settings with frequent calibration against peers.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous involvement in AI evaluation, human feedback initiatives, or AI training efforts.
- Experience developing consulting methodologies, quality assessment frameworks, or internal knowledge standards.
- History of mentoring consultants, reviewing client deliverables, or managing engagement quality assurance.
- A familiarity with modern AI tools and interest in applying consulting expertise to emerging AI technologies.
