Role Overview

We are seeking a Consulting Specialist to develop and appraise high-level consulting deliverables. This role involves synthesizing complex information into well-structured, decision-quality outputs intended for AI training and evaluation purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and assess consulting documents such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) cases and investment analyses.
• Analyze data rooms, due diligence files, and detailed memos to construct coherent case studies.
• Produce client-ready reports that clearly state assumptions, risks, and situational conditions.
• Review strategic and operational proposals supported by quantitative data and analysis.

Core Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong experience at leading consulting or advisory firms.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving capabilities with well-founded recommendations.
• Advanced financial and business insight, including sophisticated modeling skills.
• Ability to independently manage entire engagements.

Compensation and Working Hours

This is a remote, contract position paying $95 per hour, with weekly commitments between 10 to 40 hours.
