Key Responsibilities

• Address routine maintenance work orders as well as urgent repair requests promptly and efficiently.
• Perform minor repairs such as fixing locks, painting surfaces, and replacing carpets or plank flooring.
• Handle basic plumbing tasks like repairing leaking faucets.
• Install household appliances as needed within residential units.
• Conduct general groundskeeping duties to maintain exterior property standards.
• Clean vacant rental units along with other shared facilities to ensure readiness for occupancy.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in maintenance or construction-related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and be available for on-call duties.
• Must demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency with hand tools and electrical tools is required.
