Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves active participation in a planned maintenance cleaning program aimed at managing expenses while ensuring a clean, safe environment for both shoppers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Stocking 3 Coach and team members on an organized cleaning schedule.
• Adhere strictly to Food Safety and cold chain protocols.
• Perform prompt cleaning duties across all Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display fixtures.
• Inspect maintenance and cleaning equipment regularly to confirm proper functioning and sufficient supplies.
• Foster a safe workplace by completing mandatory in-store certifications and following company policies.
• When necessary, clean floors using methods such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet upkeep in all non-sales areas.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $19.10.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
