Role Summary

The Loss Prevention Agent contributes actively to the efficient operation of the stores by acting as a key resource for all staff members. This role combines being an ambassador for the company and ensuring its security, playing an engaging part that supports overall company performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain safety for individuals and premises within the store.
• Serve as the immediate responder during emergency situations.
• Identify and prevent incidents of shoplifting.
• Conduct arrests in partnership with police authorities adhering to legal guidelines and company procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports and manage staff identification cards.

Desired Profile

• Possess empathy, discipline, and a caring nature.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously.
• Previous experience in a similar security or loss prevention function is advantageous.
• Must communicate fluently in the official language relevant to the store's province: French in Quebec; English in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
