Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistic Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in managing import/export documentation, customs processes, and international freight operations, ensuring efficient coordination of shipments and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating freight forwarding, supply chain tasks, and logistics operations.
• Handling import and export documentation precisely according to regulations.
• Ensuring customs clearance processes are completed accurately and timely.
• Preparing freight cost estimates, managing logistics budgets, and analyzing cost efficiency.
• Applying knowledge of Incoterms and international trade standards to operations.
• Managing compliance with Dangerous Goods regulations including documentation and handling.
• Utilizing ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for operational management and reporting.
• Effectively organizing and analyzing data to solve logistics-related challenges.
• Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders to meet shipment deadlines.
• Handling multiple shipments simultaneously while prioritizing in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination roles.
• Strong familiarity with import/export procedures and customs clearance.
• Proven experience in freight costing, budget planning, and cost analysis.
• Understanding of Incoterms application and international trade practices.
• Preferred experience with Dangerous Goods regulations and safe handling procedures.
• Competent in using ERP software platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills essential for this position.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shipments efficiently under time constraints.
• Holding a valid Qatar Driving License is advantageous.
• Possession of valid Qatar ID (QID) and No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required.
